I have a 16 year old Jeep with 115,000 miles on the odometer. The exterior and interior are in excellent condition.....the drive train has taken a beating over the years. I was losing coolant, engine was overheating in the mountains and my oil pressure gauge was stuck on stupid. Diagnosis was bad head gasket but upon further inspection my cylinder head was cracked, my radiator leaked and my freeze plugs were pitted, rusted and perforated. As work on this progressed, it was discovered I also had a transfer case leak, bad rear brakes and a front end that was overdue for replacement. Time, miles and Kaua'i salt will create havoc with vehicles. My Jeep is now restored, leak free, smooth riding and safe, to resume off roading in Koke'e. Thank you Mark (mechanic), Riley the wild mountain biker office manager and customer service manager, and Angel III, the owner and operator of Kaua'i Auto Repair.......the cleanest and organized shop on the island. They've got my trust and I highly recommend this business to service any vehicle.Cheap service is not good, and good service is not cheap. These guys are fair, reasonably priced and hard working good guys. I also need to give kudos to Angel II, the father that greets you, does safety inspections, always smiles and waves goodbye. Keep up the good work guys, you've got a great shop.
